User Management

Overview

To invite, modify or remove users, navigate to Settings page from the application sidebar, then select Users.

From here you can edit the roles of existing users, their name and view what access permissions they currently have.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requires a user to present more than one type of verification to authenticate to a system.

We support most authenticator apps including Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Security and more.

  • To setup MFA for your login visit the Settings page from the left sidebar
  • Select Profile, then from under the Security tab select the Password and Authentication option
  • From here Click Add to be presented with a QR code to scan with your desired Authentication app
  • Once Scanned, click next and enter the code from your authenticator app and click next.

Teams

It is possible to create teams in Bronto. From within Organisation Settings you will find a Team menu option where you can manage teams and their assigned users.

Assign Datasets to a Team

Once a team is created for your organisation, you can tag a log to associate it with a specific team.

  • Navigate to the Logs page
  • Highlight a Dataset you wish to associate with a team
  • Click the "Dataset Settings" option
  • Fill out the required fields
  • Save Changes
