# bronto auth

## bronto auth login

Authenticate and store a Bronto API key

```sh theme={"dark"}
bronto auth login [flags]
```

#### Flags

| Flag | Short | Type | Default | Description |

| `--key-stdin` | | bool | | read the API key from stdin instead of prompting |

## bronto auth logout

Remove the stored API key for a profile

```sh theme={"dark"}
bronto auth logout [flags]
```

## bronto auth status

Show the resolved profile, credential source, and API reachability

```sh theme={"dark"}
bronto auth status [flags]
```

## bronto auth switch

Set the default profile

```sh theme={"dark"}
bronto auth switch <profile> [flags]
```

Also accepts the [global flags](/cli/reference/commands/global-flags).

## bronto auth token

Print the API key in use, for scripts

```sh theme={"dark"}
bronto auth token [flags]
```

Also accepts the [global flags](/cli/reference/commands/global-flags).

#### Examples
